JT Aluminum Products are Queensland's industry leaders in kit form certified internal ROPS for predominantly the mining industry. JT ROPS are always working closely with independent engineers to ensure all of the ROPS are manufactured to conform with industry codes and standards. This ensures that we keep up to speed with the safety requirements of the mining industry and are able to offer clients a trouble-free proven product as well knowledgeable back up support on all technical information.

JT ROPS kits come with all components fully foamed and painted with specialized bolt kits and there are no modifications to factory equipment on the motor vehicle during the installation.

Internal Single Hoop... Single Hoop ROPS are one main hoop situated just behind the passenger and drivers seat. The hoop is mounted not only through the floor of the vehicle but has anchorage points just above the seat belt points in the upper pillar. These anchorage points are fitted when the ROPS is installed in conjunction with a mechanically engineered drop-side tray or a mechanically engineered external ROPS in a style side body. This is an acceptable application in all dual cab vehicles.

Internal 4 Point... Commonly used in vans or Dual Cabs such as Toyota Hilux and F Series. Mounts behind Drivers and Passengers Seats and Rear Passenger Bench Seat.

Internal 6 Point... Commonly used in wagons and consist of a main hoop situated just behind the passenger and driver and another main hoop behind the rear seat with rear stays into the rear of the wagon and 2 joiner bars between the main hoop.
